William Linville, one of the oldest and most highly respected citizens of Montgomery County died Monday Aug 21 at Wingate at the age of 83 years ,three months and eleven days. He was born in Virginia Feb 15, 1810 and after spending some years in Kentucky removed to Indiana Sept 19, 1881. The funeral occurred Friday at Wingate conducted by Rev. MH Appleby and interment was at Hillsboro – kbz
